They provided very timely communication and service. They recognized my urgent need and tried to accommodate it in a very timely manner. Marcus Rhodes was the technician who came to my apartment, he was an expert. He deep cleaned a mini split that was mold infested very well. He recognized my budget was tight and used his professional expertise to identify the most urgent needs and did not add any extra un-necessary services. He also provided some helpful tips on how to keep the unit clean with minimal off the shelve products. Overall I had a very good experience with this company and I could feel the difference in the clean air that I was breathing right after the job was done.

The end result looks fantastic. Carlos and team are very hard workers and deliver great value. See before and after pics below. We had some delays with receiving the bid and proof of insurance, which is why I've given a 4-star review.

This company/ team was awesome to work with from start to finish. We originally only wanted our room carpets cleaned but ended up also getting our couches and area rugs done as well. The gentlemen that came over were on time, very friendly and courteous. They were very detailed and meticulous with their work. Having 2 large indoor dogs we thought there was no hope in getting our things cleaned, but they brought our carpets, couches and rugs back to looking new. They also now smell dog free and everything looks great. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!

Russ (owner) was great to get me into their schedule and very accommodating when I had to postpone and reschedule. Ian Skow was the professional that came to the house to do the work, and he was awesome! There were 2 out of 3 rooms that also needed the carpet tightened and he did it no problem. I didn't even know they offered that service! I will definitely be keeping their number handy. Overall, VERY satisfied and recommend this company!

Russ is always responsive when we call for a cleaning and Garrett has been the best by far! We have multiple dogs and Colorpro uses enzymes etc to lift the odor and stains leaving everything looking new! I am so happy with my experience using this company. We have them out about every 4-6 months! Highly recommend supporting local business and they are truly the best

Utilized ERI Consulting Inc to check for asbestos before completing a home remodel. Karen was great to work with and communicated quickly so that the inspection was able to be done within a couple of days. Steven was very thorough in his inspection and documentation. The inspection analysis results were received earlier than I expected. Overall great company and I would highly recommend!

What a fantastic team to work with during a major flood at my home. I was able to reach the owner Jesse on the phone after 5 pm!!! Santos did an amazing job drying out our house after a slow leak under our kitchen island. Throughout the cleanup process, he always made sure to answer any questions we had about the work, was extremely conscious of making sure dust and debris didn’t go into other areas of the house, thoroughly cleaned the area after the demo portion, and was always incredibly friendly and approachable. He made a horrible situation just a little more bearable with his consciousness.

Grant Duncan with 1st Call Restoration arrived at my house so quickly to help me with a leak that left water standing through out my home. He explain what needed to be done and went straight to work.
